I assumed you had stopped drinking alcohol. Your inflammation is down, the color of your skin is much improved, even your voice sounds better. I always ate well and have good sleep habits. Having Mediterranean descent, it was always easy eating a whole food diet lol. However, because of you I’m now working on quitting smoking and starting an exercise routine, weight lifting. I’m a 30 year old male, 5’10 and weight 120lbs, need more muscle even if I’m already thin and lean.
