  2. i am dealing with cronic exam anexiety rn i as unable to sleep hpy breathing (double breathing) really helped me at this moment it acted as a quick fix, thank for giving me this tool

  3. I realised off late that I am getting extremely stressed at times. That’s why I came here. But watching this and reading the comments made me realise maybe I’ve been dealing with medium term stress and anxiety too. And now this may lead to long term stress.
    So tactics to prevent long term stress is to manage short term and medium term stress + daily healthy habits + supplements (not for me though, not right now at least)
    To manage short term stress- sigh/ rapid breathing, exhale pause.
    To manage medium term stress – get an adrenaline rush (for me that looks like sprinting) f/b calm your mind down

    This medium term stress management is very important for me because I am constantly dealing with stressful situations being a doctor and I need to learn to disengage
