  2. Finally got out of the house to visit a place that offers mental health workshops in the community

  3. I’m 45 years old as of last month.
    I’ve been in therapy since I was 11.
    I’ve learned a lot of this through that but I’m learning more as I go through these videos.
    They’re also a great reminder for things I’ve learned but fell out of practice.
