  2. This may / or may not have been mentioned here, but I’m copying, pasting and posting to a variety of anxiety / depression website comments sections which you may have seen before. But what I’ve personally found that works for me 100% is to simply SMILE! And keep that smile throughout the day. It doesn’t have to be a big “toothy” smile, rather a simple grin will work where the corners of your mouth are up and not down, (again, with NO teeth showing). I seriously don’t know why this works, but it does. If in doubt, try it once by setting your egg timer, (or whatever timer you have) for 10-15 minutes and do the above the whole time. Keep in mind that this doesn’t last. The second you lose that grin, is when you’re anxiety and depression comes back in spades. Before I forget, this practice is REAL easy to forget, but try and keep it in the back of your head. You’ll be amazed.
