  1. Confidence comes after action not before. Work on your abilities,skills and talents . Improve yourself constantly achieve results and you will be self confident.

  2. Face your fears . When you fear doing something., do it anyway. Have a positive mindset .Give yourself pep talk every day.

  3. By far the best video regarding this topic. All the other videos are just theorising stuff “just imagine this and that” “learn to not care what others think”, nothing practical that you can actually work on.
