it’s all the same again and again, outspoken by different people in different places, but the problem is in people that cannot even make a simple effort and finish a single week of a “coffee only in the morning” thing
So, I’ve been working on my confidence since past 2 years and I truly relate to everything she said especially the small steps part, littrely take the risk! Do it.. I swear I don’t even know how I did it but I became the best speaker of my insititute just like that
